If you’d like to enquire about a custom order, please fill out the contact form on the site - give me a general idea of what you'd like and I can give you an estimated price. When finished, the mask/eyepatch will be listed on my shop at the agreed price with shipping cost (deducting, of course, the deposit). I will usually show a drawing of the mask before starting for your approval, and keep you updated with photos as I go. Any orders £50 and under will have to be paid in full, whereas anything above this will require a non-refundable £10 deposit. When finished your order will be on the shop as ‘reserved’ - if not purchased within 2 weeks (unless otherwise agreed) the item will be taken or open for general sale.
Why does my order take 2 weeks + to make?
Each custom and made-to-order mask is handmade from scratch. The leather is cut out and tooled; then I use a process called wet moulding to mould the leather; and then it's painted - so there's a few drying periods in the process! I will also usually have a que of orders. If you need yours by a certain date, then please let me know before ordering to see if I can get it done in time for you - usually I don't charge for rush orders as long as you give me enough warning! Please note: September and October in the lead up to Halloween are my busiest times, so if you want to order make sure you get it in early! I will have cut off dates at this time (and at Christmas) for orders on the website.
‘Out of Stock’ items
If an item is out of stock on the shop it means I’m currently at my quota - as it’s just me creating the items, I need to manage my time! Keep an eye on the store as when I’ve caught up with current orders, I’ll add stock back in available to order.
Currency
All items are listed with prices in GBP (British Pound). I would recommend using a currency conversion site to convert the price into your own currency. Please note that your bank may charge a small fee for converting currency.
