This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you make a purchase from my shop or contact me or otherwise use my services through www.shadowfoxleatherwork.com. When you place an order via my Shadow Fox Leatherwork shop here you must provide certain information in order for me to process your order, this information includes your name, email address, postal address, delivery address, payment information – ie whether you pay by paypal or card payment as well as which products you are ordering. You may also provide me with further information if you choose to contact me via direct messaging or email, for example if you are purchasing a custom order.
How is the information used and why -
Any information provided is used to process your order. It may also be used where necessary to settle disputes or deliver customer support. Information may also be used in the event of legal obligations should it be requested by law.
Sharing and Disclosure -
In order to process your order your name and delivery address will be shared with delivery services to enable delivery of your order. This will be Royal Mail here in the UK but will then transfer to other delivery services depending on your location globally.

When you provide personal information via www.shadowfoxleatherwork.com to place an order, or contact me at Shadow Fox Leatherwork to make an enquiry, it is implied that you consent to it being used for that specific reason only. Processing your order or responding to an enquiry/ customer support.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing or to share customer feedback/photos on social media I will ask you directly for your expressed consent and provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent/right to be forgotten -
Under GDPR you have the right to access all the information held about you, you can request the information we have on file and it will be sent to you within 30 days of the request.
Any of the information we have about you can be corrected on request, within 30 days of asking.
You have the right to have your information deleted from our system, and request for it to be removed (The right to be forgotten) data will be removed within 30 days of the request, providing there is no material or legal need for it to be kept.
