Shipping and Returns Information

I'm afraid that I'll no longer be taking orders from the EU - due to multiple different packaging laws and fees, plus unreliability of some country's postal services I've decided to no longer offer shipping to certain countries.

Processing time:

Made to order and custom items usually have a 2-3 week turnaround (not including shipping times). If you need your order by a certain date, add it into the ‘additional info’ at checkout, or on the contact form.

Estimated delivery times:

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, and have tracking.

Outside of the UK - 7-10 working days

UK- 2-3 working days

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To organise a return/refund, email me at shadowfoxleatherwork@outlook.com quoting your order number. Please note that refunds from Stripe take about 5-10 days to deposit the money back into your account, Paypal can take 30 days.
